Initiation at SFlix. In a bookbinding factory, Nobby, the foreman, is the master of his domain. Hector, a young new recruit, struggles. Ted, about to retire, refuses to be intimidated. Lorna, a young female employee, attempts to help Hector, but Nobby has other ideas.
