Happy World

Happy World at SFlix. William, an important politician chants the end of a political speech. He spreads a sparkling magic smile on the television camera when he throws vivas for his party, "Happy World"! In the limousine car which brings him back to the presidential palace, he no longer smiles at all. The next morning, grumpy, in his bathroom he discovers with horror a small smiling character on his razor.
